One of my new favorite things is the Saje deodorant combo, I recently bought the set at a reduced price because I qualified after spending a certain amount of money.

Fact – I am not being paid to sponsor Saje (bahahahahaha, I have like maybe 100 followers on my blog) or any of their products. Part of my brand as You Know Jacques! is to not promote spending money on things you don’t need. I am not a blogger pushing products and consumerism, in fact I am quite against it.

I am genuinely excited about this all natural deodorant which happens to be made by Saje because I have been looking for YEARS for one which works. I have tried several different kinds by many different brands, and some would smell amazing, but then my body odor would comingle with the lovely scent, and I didn’t feel fresh, but scented with funk. Other deodorants felt wet and sticky on my skin, and combined with perspiration, not pleasant. I decided to give this one a try, as I thought for the sake of my health and not knowing what the long term effects would be on my body after ingesting small amounts over the decades of aluminum and other chemicals into my blood stream.
I was forewarned by a Saje sales associate I may go through a type of detox for the first two weeks as my pores in my underarms had been clogged for so long as an anti-per spirant prevents you from perspiring. Makes sense, so with some trepidation, I tried it, and on the first day I went to the gym and had a crazy cardio workout, and I discretely did the sniff test and no smell. I was pleasantly surprised, and I assumed my body had not had much of a chance to rid itself, and that the toxins and funky smell would rear its skanky head within the next two weeks. It has been almost a month now, and I have been working out almost daily and I am a “sweaty Betty” when I work out. I am not one of these girls who has a nice glow on or becomes a bit flushed in the face. Nope, not me. I am dripping with perspiration  and a bright red face. We have had a few hot humid summer days thus far in Nova Scotia, but again, my natural deodorant hasn’t failed me yet.

I am extremely happy with this product and I would recommend trying it out if you are looking for a natural alternative to a deodorant/anti-per spirant. To buy the set, it costs $28.00.

If you have had the same struggles as I have had in the past finding a natural deodorant which works, this may work for you too!
Peace & Love – Rachel
